2. Our Products
Forever Moore by Shelly creates and sells handmade craft items.
Because our products are handmade, individual items may have slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, dimensions and finish. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects.
Where photographs are used on the website, colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
As many of our items are handmade, some products may have limited availability or may be temporarily unavailable.
If we are unable to fulfil an order that you have placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate solution, which may include offering an alternative or issuing a refund.
4. Personalised & Bespoke Products
Some of our products may be personalised or made specifically to your requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that any names, dates, wording, photographs, measurements or other information supplied to us are correct before placing your order.
Please check your personalisation carefully. We will reproduce the information supplied to us and cannot accept responsibility for errors that were provided or approved by the customer.
Once production of a personalised or bespoke item has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Where a personalised or bespoke item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed acceptance of the order or dispatched the products, as applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where:

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the opportunity to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately before you complete your purchase.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through our website at checkout.
Your order will normally be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
We do not knowingly accept fraudulent or unauthorised payments.
